Schneika brings 20 years of combined experience as an educator and real estate professional. In addition to serving The Academy, Schneika is also the broker of Premier Living Realty, LLC in Madison. The Academy allows Schneika to merge two passions, teaching and real estate, while confirming her commitment to being the servant-leader that she has been called to be.

With over 15 years of experience as a public school administrator, Jamison brings a learner-centered approach to the program. Possessing a collaborative leadership style, his transformational thinking is key to the forward progression of The Academy’s research and development.

Megan comes to The Academy with over 15 years of real estate experience. She serves in numerous leadership positions on local, national and state levels. Holding a bachelor's degree in Business Management, students are sure to gain a wealth of knowledge from her real-world expertise. 

Felicia Edwards began her real estate career in 2004 with Zip Realty in Georgia before returning to Mississippi in 2006. In 2014, she reentered real estate full-time and has since served on leadership committees, trained and mentored new agents, and guided aspiring professionals through the real estate sales pre-licensing course. As a licensed agent, she remains passionate about helping others succeed in their real estate careers.
