Cerritos is the owner of MasterKey to Success Powered by The Academy of Real Estate & Business Development. She brings more than 20 years of experience in education and real estate. She is an award-winning REALTOR®️ with Coldwell Banker SRE and a Multi-Million Dollar Producer, recognized as a Top Producer, Top Seller, and member of the International Diamond Society. In addition to her real estate success, she has served for over a decade as a Student Services Coordinator and educator within the Tupelo Public School District, specializing in special populations and career readiness. Her unique background in leadership, instruction, and real estate positions her to effectively train, mentor, and develop future real estate professionals.

Katie Krauss has spent more than 12 years living and working in Tupelo, Mississippi. With eight years of experience as a high school teacher and three years as a REALTOR®️ with Coldwell Banker Southern Real Estate, she brings a strong passion for service and education to her work in real estate. She is committed to helping clients navigate the buying and selling process with clarity and confidence, guiding them from pre-approval through closing in a way that is both informative and stress-free. With a teacher’s mindset, Katie prioritizes education, communication, and a smooth experience for every client. She is also expanding her role in education by guiding others as they begin their own careers in the real estate industry.

Levetta Armstrong

Levetta is a seasoned real estate professional and instructor with more than a decade of experience spanning education, brokerage leadership, and residential real estate. She is a licensed Real Estate Broker in Mississippi and has served as an MCT Instructor with the Grenada School District, where she developed and delivered curriculum focused on assessment readiness, study skills, and student success. In addition to her instructional background, she built a successful real estate career with Coldwell Banker and is the Owner and Principal Broker of BroCon Realty Group. A respected leader within the industry, Levetta is an active board member of the North Mississippi Board of REALTORS®️ and serves on multiple state and local committees, bringing practical, real-world expertise into the classroom to prepare future real estate professionals for success.
